Level 1 – Course Overview
This User Experience training session strikes a balance between theory, problem-solving, and case-based reasoning.
- Understand key UX concepts and methods.
- Become a proponent of user-centred design in your organisation.
- Become familiar with methods to integrate UX design in your projects
- The definition of UX, basic principles of UX and ROI, UX tools and methodology at various phases of product development
- Integrate and roll out of UX design examining various case studies and illustrations
- Immersion and practical application of UX techniques: UX strategy and workshops, qualitative and qualitative research, personas, usability testing
- A combination of theory, problem-solving exercises and case studies

Executing UX-PM

UX-PM 2 is for digital product, marketing, and project managers, who need a deeper understanding of UX activities. You’ll learn how to select specific methods, plan their execution and progress through project phases to achieve a greater product/service quality.
Level 2 – Course Overview
Training sessions strike a balance between theory, problem-solving, and case-based reasoning.
- Integrate user experience into a project to fulfill business objectives and market demands
- Optimise quality and effectiveness of a product or service experience by incorporating the principles of user-centred design
- Plan for incorporating UX methods at each stage of a digital project
- Prepare practical materials: toolkits and checklists for managing UX activities, creating an RFP to commission UX work
- Understand the User Centred Design (UCD) lifecycle and how to incorporate it into IT development
- Incorporate business objectives and vision into a UX strategy
- Connect UX strategy and design requirements to product strategy
- Service design and product design and how UCD fits with both
- Identify user needs through qualitative and quantitative user research
- Translate UX strategy and user needs into design requirement through prototyping
- Evaluate and test design solutions, locally and internationally

The third course, UX-PM3, is for anyone who wants to build a UX team and incorporate UX vision and leadership in the organisation’s business strategy. - Measure and communicate the impact of UX on operational, financial and brand performance to inform global-level strategies
- Build UX capability internally or externally
- Plan and manage projects integrating UX tools and methods
- Identify UX opportunities and build a business case to realise them
- Tailor design briefs to requirements, organizational context and product strategy
- Build a UX team and incorporate UX expertise in project planning
- Define UX objectives, metrics and performance indicators
- Immersion and practical application: techniques to define UX business opportunities, evaluating UX experts, defining UX metrics, individual reflection and group discussion
