Mantaray the UX agency, reserves the right to cancel a course up to 5 business days prior to the scheduled course date if the minimum class size of 4 participants has not been attained.
Mantaray is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred as a result of a cancellation.

There is no charge if you cancel a course at least ten business days before the course start date.
If you cancel between two and nine business days before the course start date, you will be required to pay half of the registration fees.
If you fail to show up to a course or cancel the day before the course start date, you will be required to pay the registration fees in full. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e-mail to info@mantaray.co.za).
Substitution of participants can be made, at no charge, until the course start date. Should Mantaray be forced to cancel a course, 100% of your registration fees will be reimbursed.
